Returns and refunds

Our return approach follows Nationwide Peptides, our related National Science Labs, LLC brand.

Unopened products

Unopened, untampered products may be returned to National Science Labs, LLC, 236 E. Main St, Ste 47, Sevierville, TN 37862, USA. Email our support team with your order number before returning an item and send us the shipment tracking number. Once the unopened, untampered return is received, we issue a refund to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number, product and lot details, and photographs of the item and packaging. We review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions.

Opened or used products

Opened or used products are not eligible for preference-based returns. Reports of damaged, defective or incorrect products are reviewed individually. Refund posting time depends on the original payment provider. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law requires.
